Ms. Fowler earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. In recognition of her professional achievements and contributions to the legal field, she was named Young Alumni of the Year by the law school in 2020.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Fowler is an active member of the legal community. She is a co-founder of the LGBTQ+ & Allied Lawyers of Utah, established in 2014, and is a member of Women Lawyers of Utah.
